DAMAGES COMPENSATION
CHELA UKRAINE takes all possible measures to ensure the quality and safety of its services. In the event of damage or loss of the client’s property resulting from our actions, we are prepared to consider a compensation case according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
The client must notify us of any damages or losses immediately upon discovery, providing all necessary information and photos and/or records for further review.
COMPENSATION FOR UNFAIR PERFORMANCE OF OBLIGATIONS
If the client believes that the provided services do not meet the agreed standards or terms of the agreement, we are ready to consider the matter regarding compensation.
The client must contact us with a statement regarding the unfair performance of obligations within three days after the completion of the services.
DENIAL OF COMPENSATION
CHELA UKRAINE reserves the right to deny compensation in cases where the damage results from actions for which we are not liable according to the agreement.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
In case of disputes or situations requiring resolution, the parties commit to attempting peaceful settlement through negotiations. If peaceful resolution is impossible, disputes will be resolved according to the laws of Ukraine.
CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY
CHELA UKRAINE retains flexibility to make changes to this Refund Policy as needed. These changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. We recommend checking this policy periodically for updates to stay informed about any changes. We appreciate your awareness of our policy changes as it helps us ensure a smooth and transparent payment process.
